The Pastors’ Conference 2025 is a three-day gathering of pastors and church leaders taking place from 2nd to 4th July at Victory Christian Church Tabernacle (VCCT). This year’s theme, “Fireproofing Your Church,” is a bold call to strengthen the body of Christ against spiritual, cultural and organizational threats that challenge the modern church.
In a time of increasing pressure on churches and their leaders, this conference provides a safe space for renewal, strategy, and equipping. Through powerful teachings, practical sessions, and spirit-filled worship, attendees will walk away with tools to fortify their ministries, guard their congregations, and lead with resilience and wisdom.

Dr. Huruma Nkone is a visionary leader dedicated to advancing ministry, education, and community empowerment. He serves as the Senior Pastor of Victory Christian Centre Tabernacle (VCCT), a dynamic and rapidly growing congregation in Tanzania with over 3,000 members. With an academic background in Architecture from Ardhi University and a PhD from Malawi Assemblies of God University, Dr. Nkone blends theological insight with management expertise to drive church growth and foster effective leadership development.
As a passionate advocate for youth and students, Dr. Nkone has held significant leadership roles, including National Director and Deputy National Director for the Students Ministry (CASFETA) and within the Council of Pentecostal Churches in Tanzania (CPCT). He also pioneered Victory Campus Night, an inspiring gathering that attracts over 15,000 students for worship and sharing God’s love through the Word of God.
A devoted husband and father, Dr. Nkone and his wife, Joyce, are successful entrepreneurs. Through their ministry, they focus on economic empowerment, wealth creation programs, and student sponsorships, positively impacting many lives. His unwavering commitment to holistic development is transforming communities across Tanzania and beyond.
Reverend Dominic Yeo is currently the Ambassador-at-large of Trinity Christian Centre, representing the church to build and grow ministries worldwide. Previously, he served as the Lead Pastor for 18 years from 2005 – 2023. Known for his visionary and strategic leadership, he trains and provides consultations to churches, helping them to experience transformation and break into new levels of growth. This includes mentoring senior pastors in the areas of spiritual and organizational leadership.
Reverend Dominic is also the Chairman of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship, the General Superintendent of The Assemblies of God of Singapore, and an Executive Committee Member of the Pentecostal World Fellowship.
Alan was born in Coventry in the UK and after qualifying as a Rolls Royce Aeronautical Engineer left the industry to enter Bible College in 1970. After graduation in 1972 he and his wife were invited to lead a Church in Manchester where they served for 13 years before being led to Wales. For 32 years he led Hope Church in Newtown, Mid-Wales before handing over the baton in 2017. Alan has served for over 20 years on the National Leadership Team of the British Assemblies of God. A regular and popular speaker at Conferences, his ministry is particularly appreciated for its Biblical content and relevant life application. He is the author of “The Gender Revolution” which is a call for the recognition and release of women in Church ministry and leadership. Alan brings to the table the experience and wisdom of over 55 years of full-time ministry and is married to Jennifer with three grown up children and four grandchildren.
Reverend Janice Chng is the Center Pastor of Trinity Christian Centre in Melbourne, Australia. She leads a growing church planted during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Having served on the Leadership Team of Trinity Christian Centre, she comes with
extensive ministry experience. Her ministry is marked by the impartation of the rhema word of God.
A well-loved mentor by many pastors, she is passionate about raising a prophetic generation for God and travels regularly to teach at prophetic conferences around the world. Reverend Janice is a woman after God’s heart who leads people to step into their God-given destiny.
