Pastor Samwel Fred Kamigwa is currently serving as the Youth Pastor and Senior Administrator at Victory Christian Centre. He joined VCC in 2007 while still a student at the University of Dar es Salaam where he pursued Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Computer Science.
He started working as a part time administration assistant volunteer in August 2007 before becoming a Senior Administrator in 2012 and later ordained as a Youth Pastor in February 2016. He is married to the wonderful Dr. Alice Kamigwa (MD) and they are blessed with two lovely daughters named, Janelle and Anica.
